Finding a pet-friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Arcadia Decatur, we certainly understand how important it is to have your companions by your side. That’s why we are a pet-friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Pre-approved pets are welcome in all residences.

Pet screening is required as part of the application process. As a service to our Applicants and Residents we partner with PetScreening, a third party service to collect pet information. PetScreening provides fast and easy access to your pet's vet records, microchip information and photographs at any time. If your pet or animal should get sick, lost or have an emergency while traveling, pet owners have immediate access to their animal records on any digital device. At work, at home, or away you pet's records are always available to you. We require all residents to create a pet profile. If you do not have a pet this provides the opportunity to affirm you understand the pet policy and guidelines should you decide to get a pet in the future.
